The Red Balloon Company site is hosted on a dedicated server and utilizes the secure services of Verisign and Authorize.net. No credit card information is transmitted outside of secure channels and our site does not store credit card information.
PRIVACY
The Red Balloon Company limits the use of customer information to facilitate and complete balloon delivery service specifically ordered by the customer. We do not contact customers with promotional information. Under no circumstances do we share customer information with sources outside of the secure channels used to process credit card transactions.
